Meet Executive Chef Dana Chadorf
Dana Chadorf exchanged her snow boots for flip flops, relocating from Saskatchewan, Canada to Bluffton, South Carolina. Sharing her culinary creativity with her fellow Sand Sharks, Dana proudly accepted the honor and responsibilities associated with being the Executive Chef at the University of South Carolina Beaufort. While enjoying the culinary and physical adventures associated with living in western Canada for over a decade, Dana tantalized the tastebuds of her friends, colleagues and guests as the Executive Chef of the prestigious Saskatoon Club, then wrapping up the Canadian chapter of her culinary journey inspiring the next generation of young chefs as a student favorite, culinary arts instructor at Saskatchewan Polytechnic Institute. Earning numerous awards at competitions in the local, regional, and national levels, to know Dana, you need only to taste her food. The perfect balance of fearlessness, full flavors, and comfort. Like stories of her adventures, or a bite of her food, one is never enough. She leaves you amazed, satisfied, and wanting more.

To place an order, contact our catering office between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm by calling 701-361-9959. Whenever possible, all catering orders should be placed 7 business days prior to your event. While we make every effort to accompany last minute orders, we cannot guarantee your first choice selections can be fulfilled.
